The Better of Muddy Waters is a biggest hits album by Muddy Waters launched by Chess Information in April 1958. The twelve songs had been initially issued as singles between 1948 and 1954 and most appeared in Billboard journal’s high 10 Rhythm & Blues Information charts.
The album is the primary by Waters and the third by Chess on the lengthy enjoying (or LP document) format.[2] Chess re-sequenced the tracks and re-titled it Sail On for launch in February 1969.[3]
